Nice building and rooms with all facilities required. Warm breakfast selection, eggs and bacon.

Quiet hotel, the facilities were great. Lots of food at the breakfast, including eggs and bacon. Quiet location for enjoying restaurants and bars close to the venue. Truly enjoyed very friendly area.

The breakfast selection, especially the eggs and bacon, was fantastic, and the location near the Tower of America was stunning, all at a price that was much more reasonable than other nearby hotels.

I was given standard room with a writing table, a couch, and a chair. Got a great bed.

The staff here were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived to when we left, our room was nicely updated with a king bed and a Jacuzzi, and there was a great variety of breakfast items like eggs and bacon provided.

Quiet location just off about 1/2 of the price of the Hotels closer to-or-on the river, the river walk, and the downtown areas, and excellent service. Plus, close to a movie theater. Updated & spotless room, with a writing table, a couch, and a chair.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The shuttle service provided was a lifesaver, saving me money on parking fees and conveniently dropping me off at various locations, including the Riverwalk. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options that exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, even extending the pool hours upon request. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a separate seating area and convenient amenities like a small refrigerator and microwave. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I wouldn't say that I have low hanging balls, but there is nothing worse than having to go to the rest room in the middle of the night and getting that very unpleasant cold shooting up your body because you just realized that your balls are resting in toilet water. The toilet seats could sit a little higher up if you ask me. Other than that, it was ok.

Bed was great. I was tempted to tear off the sheets and see what kind it was. Nice, semi-firm, just right for me and spouse said so too. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Food tasted fresh and not warmed over, even late in the morning. Rosemary was keeping every thing full and cleaned up. Lots of dining space and mini-waffle maker was faster than most.

I meant to mention to desk, but forgot. When I filled drinking glass from bathroom sink with cold water it looked cloudy. I filled same glass from food prep area sink and the water was clear?

Loved the free shuttle service to the riverwalk, saved us time and money. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was a great way to start our day. I would recommend Holiday Inn Express.

the next time we go back to san antonio i will be choosing this hotel again. The rooms were spot on. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast they served really filled us up so thank you for that. The staff were so helpful and always had smiles on their faces. LOVED IT!!!!!

The location wasnt the best however if you wanted to go downtown they have a shuttle service to take you.
